Vote popularity is not wired up yet. It needs the map-vote plugin to report each completed vote — see INGEST-CONTRACT.md. Until then this page shows how often each map was played, which is a related but different signal: a map can be played constantly because it sits in the rotation, without anyone ever choosing it.
